Investing Principles

The Space Infrastructures Ventures is an investing tool. It is established as a holding company, and investing at various levels of shareholding participation, in high-tech companies. The majority of companies in the portfolio are currently participated at minority stakes. 

The investment criteria of the SIV holding is supporting transformational companies that apply disruptive technologies and solutions to new problems to shape the future of humans in Space. 

The current portfolio of companies comprises a mix of innovative start-ups and other seasoned high-tech companies and keeps growing by a three-pronged strategy: invest and promote new start-ups, organic growth of the participated, and a well targeted M&A approach fully aligned with the company mission and values.  

For new investments, SIV is focusing on seed, early funding, and Series A, that is in companies that are at early stages of development, and which have a clear and promising roadmap in the new LEO economy.
