The true space-based REIT will operate by getting funding to finance and own the target crewed LEO space Infrastructure and getting revenues from the various services exploitation revenue streams.

A flourishing economy of housing, tourism, training, adaptation to space and gateways, will deliver a large revenue stream that will feed the REIT for return income.     

S-REIT will start working with deposits and convertible notes, followed soon after by an IPO.
